1987 Porsche 911 Targa

2-owners, only 49k miles, and in immaculate condition!

What a wonderful Porsche, and opportunity this is. Only 2 owners, only 49k miles- PLUS all services, records, maintenance’s are up to date and documented. It is complete with all of its original equipment (NEVER ANY MODIFICATIONS) books, owners manuals, original MSRP, tools, radio, floor mats, and entire set of original keys. Every original factory installed federal ID tag, option code sheet, and all appropriate period correct factory installed engine bay- front trunk-and door jam stickers are completely intact, legible, and in great condition. The previous 2 owners took particular & loving care of this car, and it shows in its immaculate condition. Purchased new at Sewickley Porsche on 09/20/1987 here in western Pennsylvania this has been a locally owned car to us that we know the entire history of. The first owner owned this car for 18 years. Using it as a pleasure car averaging 1,912 miles a year, and having all services completed by the original selling Porsche dealer. in the summer of 2005 he traded it back into Sewickley Porsche for a new 993 series 911. Sewickley Porsche also sold it to the second owner. Who purchased it on 07/18/2005 with 34,423 miles on it. Subsequently we have been servicing this gorgeous 1987 911 Targa for the second owner. Who also used it as a pleasure car as well. During his 15 years of ownership he averaged 1,032 miles per year. Leaving an extraordinary amount of miles and driving pleasure for the next owner. When we purchased this piece of Porsche history form the second owner we originally were going to keep it as a show piece for our showroom, and part of our collection to take to vintage car shows. We had our head technician of 40 plus years, and lead detailer completely and thoroughly go over this 911 Targa entirely to ensure everything mechanically, electrically, and aesthetically was operating, performing, and looking as it was when new.
